COACHING FOR CHANGE MAKERS

Your creating something that matters. You deserve to be as alive as the work itself.

Whether you're navigating a crossroads or ready to step into something new — I coach artists, activists, and nonprofit leaders who are feeling the pull toward what's next.

Where what matters becomes what's next.

Where what matters becomes what's next.

Something is asking for your attention. Maybe you're carrying a mission that was never meant to be carried alone — and the weight of it has started to eclipse the purpose behind it. Maybe there's a restlessness you can't quite name. Or maybe things are actually going well, and you're feeling the first tremor of a possibility you haven't fully allowed yourself yet.

Whatever brought you here, you're listening to something real. That's not a problem to fix. It's an invitation to explore.

I'm Bryan E. Glover — a certified professional coach, Obie Award–winning theater producer, founding member of the Black theater producing collaborative Harlem9, and a veteran nonprofit leader. I've spent 30+ years leading in nonprofits, producing art, and navigating the spaces where creativity meets social change. I didn't come to coaching from a corporate retreat. I came from the rehearsal room, the grant report, and the board meeting. I coach from that experience — not from a textbook.

He heard how I framed the issue and helped me to see how my vocabulary shaped my own perceptions. Then we worked on creating a new vocabulary — which resulted in different and better outcomes.
